Questions
How do I book and hold my date?
Send a request on the booking page and I'll reply within a day with open dates. A small deposit ($25 for a Mini, $50 for a Classic or Signature) holds your spot and comes off your total. You can pay it online by card. For Santa and seasonal minis, a $10 deposit holds your time and the rest is paid at your visit.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
We'll pick a new date together at no charge. Your deposit moves with you.
When will I get my photos?
Regular sessions: usually within a week, in a private online gallery you can download from and share with family. Santa and mini events: you see edited previews right away, and your final touched-up photos arrive within 48 hours.
Can I pick my photos later?
Yes. At Santa and mini events you can heart your favorites on our iPad right away, or scan a code and pick at home, then pay online.
How many photos do I get?
Mini includes 8 edited photos, Classic 20 and Signature 35. Love more? Extra photos are $15 each. Santa and seasonal minis include 5 photos plus a framed 5×7 for $40, and extra photos are $10.
What should we wear?
Coordinate instead of matching: pick two or three colors and mix in a little texture. Skip big logos and neon, wear comfortable shoes, and bring a snack and a favorite toy for little ones.
What if my kids won't sit still?
Totally normal. I keep it playful and quick, and some of the best photos happen between the posed ones.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel is free within 25 miles of Saltillo, $40 up to 50 miles, $75 up to 75 miles, and farther just ask.
Can I order prints?
Yes: 5x7 $10, 8x10 $20, wallet sheets $12 and 25 holiday cards for $60. Larger prints and canvas are available on request. At Santa and mini events your framed 5×7 is printed on the spot, and extra 5×7s ($10) or 8×10s ($20) are printed while you wait when time allows, or mailed to you.
How do I pay?
Card (online or in person), Venmo, Cash App or cash.
